A variety of theories exist as to the real secret of the Cipher Manuscript Nikola Tesla and some of the more common ones include:

AN ESOTERIC VIEW OF THE ECCLESIA,

The "Spiritual Significance of the Ecclesia", also "A Vision from Victoria, B.C." published in the October number of this magazine appeal to me especially.
The "Vision" was an actuality, for in their exaltation the watchers registered the higher vibrations which, reflected from force center to force center, brought to them the cosmic movie of what was occurring upon Inspiration Point, even as mirages are in lower series. What they saw was the charging and awakening to life of the spiritual series of the natural Force Center upon which the Ecclesia is being built. This was accomplished by the combined thought, desire, consecration, and concentration of all present and of those absent who were interested in that Temple of Healing. Even as the rays of that influx of power reached Victoria, so did the power of all interested and sincere souls converge upon that Force Center, and throw into circuit that higher series which inheres in it.
None of them know the Force Center organization as such, although parts are visible in aureolas, halos, and rainbows. Yet the writer accurately described the portion of the Force Center whose vibrations were within the registry of the observers. In the horizontal plane there was the Central Light, beyond their registry. This was the same size as the lights seen, 12 inches by 3 feet. Next (on a radius 31,2 feet from center) was the circle bounding the Innermost, the Holy of Holies, wherein abides Divinity. In this circle, oriented by the base meridian of the solar system, were the four auxiliary centers of power, 90 degrees apart, as seen in the phantom suns of halos.
As in Lodge the Gods sit upon the north side and abide in the High Heaven above the altar, so at the appointed moment their power flamed from the northern center like a search light. It depends upon series as to which flames next, the East or the West, but in this case the East flames next. It is answered by the flame from the West (The Master and Senior Warden of that force center, communicating the commands from on High), then the response from the South (the Junior Warden calling the workmen from refreshment to labor), completing the circle in inverted order. (The pillar beside the Senior Warden was horizontal, the Junior Warden's perpendicular). The labor began. The hollow sphere of white light (150 feet radius) was the charging from the assembling of the whole, and that Light illumined all. Then came the specialized Rays of Power forming the golden cloud, tinting all with the coloring of that series.
The rainbow was the outer boundary of the complete initial Force Center Series, material, dynamic and mental-spiritual. (Its rays are at right angles to the vertical plane so its serried vibrations are clearly distinguished. This is formed by overlapping lights like the four at the Center. This, the spectrum bounding The Clairum, completed the ground work of preparation. Then came the cloud of blue, the vibrations of the mental-spiritual domain where abides all healing, "The Ray of the Father." That is the ray of the Ecclesia, which it is to radiate to all the world; which it will radiate so long as sincerity and spirituality abide at Mount Ecclesia. The All-Seeing Eye symbolizes the Force Center, (Clairum or cosmic mechanism) complete in all series. The work of the Ecclesia will be complete and completed, but ages will pass.
One of the meanings of the foregoing is that all series will be used there. The mental-spiritual will dominate all, but material means will be used to ameliorate ailments of material origin, the dynamic, those of dynamic origin, and the mental-spirit those arising therein. The mental-spirit currents can be stepped down to the dynamic and material voltages, but it is a waste of power to do that when the currents of these three domains are correlated, and permanent healing is complete in all three, even as ailments affect all three.
The currents seen in that vision are flowing and charging the Ecclesia as it is being built. At present the material series dominates. At Christmas, as by precession, the domination will pass to the next higher series, but the third can only be placed upon the throne of power therein by the fruits of the labors of the devoted, who alone can prepare it for the consecration from on high which is to make it a world healing center. Step by step, degree by degree, unseen by men, will the labors of love prepare the Ecclesia for its real consecration, when the Divine will descend and abide to bless earth and all mankind.
I am glad that the walls have been raised and that the trusses are being placed for the roof. The building of the Ecclesia illustrates what Christ meant by the faith that would move mountains. Know that it is necessary and for the best to move the mountains, and then get in and move them. No matter how sheer and impossible seems the wall that looms in the way, go ahead and the sheer momentum of Will and Faith will cause it to recede when disastrous collision with it seems unavoidable. It is the "hang-to-it" that wins.
Where the task is great and the resistance monumental, remember the third motion, the rotation of the earth's axis about its center. Unceasingly the constant of variation is levering at the axis of the earth to shift the angle of rotation. There is only a little wobble of the poles within a 70-foot square. It stays within that square. But imperceptibly that square is shifting upon the earth's surface, so that it now varies by the distance between the base line upon which the Stonehenge was built and where the ray of the rising sun in Cancer now strikes. Millennia pass before the cumulative effects of the constant of change culminate in a relatively rapid axial change, after which it steadies down to the minimum of change again. But that culmination changes the axial inclination exactly as much as though each year had moved it the amount of its portion. The slow absorption of motion caused by the incessant straining of the constant with slight changes, allows the time necessary for profiting by the conditions inaugurated by the last axial change. No axial change occurs until the harvest is ready to reap, and the time has come to let the soil lie fallow while preparing for the new seed time of the incoming cycle.
It is thus with the great work in which you are engaged. Nikola Tesla Rosicrucian Enlightenment
The Fama Fraternitatis presented the legend of a German doctor and mystic philosopher referred to as "Frater C.R.C." (later identified in a third manifesto as Christian Rosenkreuz, or "Roses-cross"). The year 1378 is presented as being the birth year of "our Christian Father," and it is stated that he lived 106 years. Having studied in the Middle East under various masters, he had failed to interest the powerful people of his time in the knowledge he had acquired and so instead had gathered a small circle of friends/disciples who founded the Order of RC (this can be similarly deduced to have occurred in 1407).
During Rosenkreuz's lifetime, the Order was said to consist of no more than eight members, each a doctor and a sworn bachelor who undertook to heal the sick without payment, to maintain a secret fellowship and to find a replacement for himself before he died. The manifestos were and are not taken literally by many but rather regarded either as a hoax or as allegorical statements. It is evident that the first Rosicrucian manifesto was influenced by the work of the respected hermetic philosopher Heinrich Khunrath, of Hamburg, author of the Amphitheatrum Sapientiae Aeternae (1609), who was in turn influenced by John Dee, author of the Monas Hieroglyphica (1564). The invitation to the royal wedding in the Chymical Wedding of Christian Rosenkreutz opens with Dee's philosophical key, the Monas Heiroglyphica symbol. The writer also claimed the brotherhood possessed a book that resembled the works of Paracelsus.

In his autobiography, Johann Valentin Andreae (1586–1654) claimed the anonymously published Chymische Hochzeit (Chymical Wedding of Christian Rosenkreutz) as one of his works, although he subsequently described it as a Ludibrium. However, in his later works, alchemy is the object of ridicule and is placed with music, art, theatre and astrology in the category of less serious sciences. His role in the origin of the Rosicrucian legend is controversial.[5]

Maier made the firm statement that the Brothers of R.C. exist to advance inspired arts and sciences, including alchemy. Researchers of Maier's writings point out that he never claimed to have produced gold, nor did Heinrich Khunrath nor any of the other Rosicrucianists. Their writings point toward a symbolic and spiritual alchemy, rather than an operative one. In both direct and veiled styles, these writings conveyed the nine stages of the involutive-evolutive transmutation of the threefold body of the human being, the threefold soul and the threefold spirit, among other esoteric knowledge related to the "Path of Initiation".
In his 1618 pamphlet, Pia et Utilissima Admonitio de Fratribus Rosae Crucis, Henrichus Neuhusius writes that the Rosicrucians left for the East due to the instability in Europe caused by the start of the Thirty Years' War, an idea afterwards echoed in 1710 by Samuel Ritcher, founder of the secret society of the Golden and Rosy Cross. More recently René Guénon, a researcher of the occult, presented this same idea in some of his works.[8] However, another eminent author on the Rosicrucians, Arthur Edward Waite, presents arguments that contradict this idea.[9] It was in this fertile field of discourse that many "Rosicrucian" societies arose. They were based on the occult tradition and inspired by the mystery of this "College of Invisibles".

The change from "operative" to "speculative" Masonry occurred between the end of the 16th and the beginning of the 18th century. Two of the earliest speculative Masons for which a record of their initiation exists were Sir Robert Moray and Elias Ashmole. Robert Vanloo states that earlier 17th century Rosicrucianism had a considerable influence on Anglo-Saxon Masonry. Hans Schick sees in the works of Comenius (1592–1670) the ideal of the newly born English Masonry before the foundation of the Grand Lodge in 1717. Comenius was in England during 1641.
The Gold und Rosenkreuzer (Golden and Rosy Cross) was founded by the alchemist Samuel Richter who in 1710 published Die warhhaffte und vollkommene Bereitung des Philosophischen Steins der Brüderschaft aus dem Orden des Gülden-und Rosen-Creutzes in Breslau under the pseudonym Sincerus Renatus[13] in Prague in the early 18th century as a hierarchical secret society composed of internal circles, recognition signs and alchemy treatises. Under the leadership of Hermann Fictuld the group reformed itself extensively in 1767 and again in 1777 because of political pressure. Its members claimed that the leaders of the Rosicrucian Order had invented Freemasonry and only they knew the secret meaning of Masonic symbols. The Rosicrucian Order had been founded by Egyptian “Ormusse” or “Licht-Weise” who had emigrated to Scotland with the name “Builders from the East”. Then the original Order disappeared and was supposed to have been resurrected by Oliver Cromwell as “Freemasonry”. In 1785 and 1788 the Golden and Rosy Cross group published the Geheime Figuren or “The Secret Symbols of the 16th and 17th century Rosicrucians”.
Led by Johann Christoph von Wöllner and General Johann Rudolf von Bischoffwerder, the Masonic lodge (later: Grand Lodge) Zu den drei Weltkugeln was infiltrated and came under the influence of the Golden and Rosy Cross. Many Freemasons became Rosicrucianists and Rosicrucianism was established in many lodges. In 1782 at the Convent of Wilhelmsbad the Alte schottische Loge Friedrich zum goldenen Löwen in Berlin strongly requested Ferdinand, Duke of Brunswick-Lüneburg and all other Freemasons to submit to the Golden and Rosy Cross, without success.
After 1782, this highly secretive society added Egyptian, Greek and Druidic mysteries to its alchemy system.[14] A comparative study of what is known about the Gold and Rosenkreuzer, appears to reveal, on one hand, that it has influenced the creation of some modern Initiatic groups and, on the other hand, that the Nazis (see The Occult Roots of Nazism) may have been inspired by this German group.
According to the writings of the Masonic historian E.J. Marconis de Negre,[15] who together with his father Gabriel M. Marconis is held to be the founder of the "Rite of Memphis-Misraim" of Freemasonry, based on earlier conjectures (1784) by a Rosicrucian scholar Baron de Westerode[16] and also promulgated by the 18th century secret society called the "Golden and Rosy Cross", the Rosicrucian Order was created in the year 46 when an Alexandrian Gnostic sage named Ormus and his six followers were converted by one of Jesus' disciples, Mark; their symbol was said to be a red cross surmounted by a rose, thus the designation of Rosy Cross. From this conversion, Rosicrucianism was supposedly born, by purifying Egyptian mysteries with the new higher teachings of early Christianity.[17]
According to Maurice Magre (1877–1941) in his book Magicians, Seers, and Mystics, Rosenkreutz was the last descendant of the Germelshausen, a German family from the 13th century. Their castle stood in the Thuringian Forest on the border of Hesse, and they embraced Albigensian doctrines. The whole family was put to death by Landgrave Conrad of Thuringia, except for the youngest son, then five years old. He was carried away secretly by a monk, an Albigensian adept from Languedoc and placed in a monastery under the influence of the Albigenses, where he was educated and met the four Brothers later to be associated with him in the founding of the Rosicrucian Brotherhood. Magre's account supposedly derives from oral tradition.
Around 1530, more than eighty years before the publication of the first manifesto, the association of cross and rose already existed in Portugal in the Convent of the Order of Christ, home of the Knights Templar, later renamed Order of Christ. Three bocetes were, and still are, on the abóboda (vault) of the initiation room. The rose can clearly be seen at the center of the cross.[18][19] At the same time, a minor writing by Paracelsus called Prognosticatio Eximii Doctoris Paracelsi (1530), containing 32 prophecies with allegorical pictures surrounded by enigmatic texts, makes reference to an image of a double cross over an open rose; this is one of the examples used to prove the "Fraternity of the Rose Cross" existed far earlier than 1614.[20].
In 1909 a Masonic Rito Filosofico Italiano was founded in Florence. Within its hierarchy an "Italic Rose+Croix" degree - largely based on the esoteric legacy of Italian Renaissance - was soon to be developed as the fifth. This Rito Filosofico Italiano is now led by Michele Moramarco, who has extensively dealt with Rosicrucian subjects in his Nuova Enciclopedia Massonica (1989-1995).

The Three by Nikola Tesla
The Tesla Three earthquakes of 1899—27 Days during the month of September, 1899 the Yakutat Bay, Alaska, was shaken by a swarm of severe earthquakes—so severe of event, indeed 27 Days of up to 52 shocks per day, that it was wiped from the minds of history much like and because of the name, "Nikola Tesla". One… Two…
THE THREE
That THREE which now, will and always will be associated with these earthquakes, this event, this rather the shattering of grand glaciers, uplift, volcanoes, tsunamis, literal mountains of ice, glaciers ringing like a fucking bell… cracked in. The waves in the bay, listen close, the waves in the bay were in beautiful groups of THREE. The waves were all in "beautiful" sets of three. The cause of these shocks was Tesla. The name and remote location near the St. Elias Range, one of the youngest and loftiest of mountain ranges, that was chosen, in time.
Tesla chose a place where there was no great city nearby, and in the small village nearest at hand there was no loss of life. Nor was there any injury to the few men who happened to be near the center of disturbance during several of the most severe shocks. They rounded up the scientific minds of the day… took them out in the middle of nowhere, showed them glaciers that had been as yet to be named and pitched enlightenment and that they were God… then they all took a bunch of pictures of this area that received an act of God… three months later. They had named a glacier "Muir Glacier" after John Muir; they then, kicked its ass. They told them what they were going to do. Then they did it. They called the, "Babe Ruth" one in a googol shot. They said they were "God", then, they proved it!

The San Francisco Examiner for September 25, 1899, contains a letter sent from Yakutat, Alaska, September 17, by the Reverend Sheldon Jackson, giving a vivid and incredible account of a swarm of earthquakes beginning on September 3 and still continuing through the date of his finishing the letter. Statements from his letter, hint of an incredible, unnatural occurrence that actually took place under the world’s nose at the top of the globe. For the last one hundred and eleven years, the United States Government would have you not know of and has been successful hiding this, the biggest of all breakthroughs in science, from the minds of a world and the textbooks of history. What could possibly be the reasoning? Why would those in charge not want a us to know of its greatest inventor and his monumental event? Could it have been done for monetary gain? Did J.P. Morgan really scrap free wireless energy because there was no place to put a meter or could it have been done for our own good amid apocalyptic danger, a new threat from any with an electrical engineering degree? Whatever the reason, I am here now to reveal the tale, and my simple truth will prevail. Nikola Tesla caused a twenty seven day world record earthquake in 1899. The very first shock was designated by John Milne No. 333 and coincidentally occurred at precisely 3:03 a.m. September 3rd. There were upwards of fifty aftershocks each and every day after at regular intervals until September 10, when, at 9.20 a. m. occurred the second global earthquake event designated by John Milne No. 337 and even after near constant earth palpitation their reality became even more terrifying amid the 52 shocks on that day alone, hit the one of massive violence designated by John Milne No. 338 at 3 p.m. The land waved up and down as the swells of the sea, the waters of the bay rose and fell between 8 and 10 feet every few minutes, and violent swirls rose up in the harbor, washing into the sea an Indian burial ground at Port Mulgrave opposite Yakutat. Most of the Eskimos and whites were terrified, abandoning their houses and retreating to tents in the neighboring hills. There was another violent earthquake September 15th and other shocks until September 29.
A party of gold prospectors was encamped on the shore of Russell fiord near the Hubbard glacier, and their experiences, as related by one of the party, Mr. Flenner, were full of excitement and danger. The ground rocked so that they could not remain on their feet; the front of Hubbard glacier was shattered into fragments; tsunamis washed them and their equipment back on the moraine; a lake, supplementary to Hubbard glacier, burst its barrier; and huge avalanches descended the .mountain sides. The gold prospectors finally escaped with such equipment as they could save, though on their way to Yakutat they were again placed in danger by the earthquake of September 15. That the experiences related by Mr. Flenner are in the main correct there can be no doubt, and that his party escaped alive is astonishing, in view of the clear evidence of the catastrophe along the shores of the bay. As far as official record, there was no loss of human life; but at that time of year in the very remote area chosen, the Eskimos are not liable to be in the bay, and their village is from 15 to 30 miles or more from the centers of disturbance.
It is a well known fact that an earthquake shock in September, 1899 did so much damage to the Muir Glacier, a literal mountain of ice on Glacier Bay, 140 miles southeast of Yakutat, as to render access to it impossible by the tourist steamers for several seasons. It was the first ever such phenomena clearly recorded around the shores of Yakutat bay and one that has never been duplicated in the Glacier Bay or any region since.
Although government records of this earthquake in the Yakutat Bay region in 1899 do exist, they are purposely made to look unexceptional and those records are in fact a cover up of the biggest footprint man has ever left on nature. Not revealing the cause to this event must be either for monetary gain or quite possible leave you totally unprepared for the clear and striking reality with proof that this event, most unique of its kind it, was man-made. prospectors were panning the glacial sands near Hubbard Glacier when Earth starting shaking and never seemed to stop. A few days

It has been a 111 year non correlation between his Pike's Peak work and the story of eight
prospectors were panning the glacial sands near Hubbard Glacier when Earth starting shaking and never seemed to stop. A few days
later, they had survived a natural phenomenon they probably should not have. The shore uplifted during a massive 1899 earthquake near
Yakutat. The Earthquakes at Yakutat Bay, Alaska in September, 1899. Geologists Ralph Tarr and Lawrence Martin, in the area a few years
later to study the marvelous glaciers, saw things like mussels "resembling clumps of blue flowers" on rocks thrown up 20 feet above the
ocean. They saw so much evidence of a giant earthquake they interviewed a few prospectors in Yakutat and included their stories in a
1912 government paper, "The Earthquakes at Yakutat Bay, Alaska, in September, 1899. When Tarr and Martin arrived in Yakutat,
prospector A. Flenner was working as a carpenter there six years after the series of large earthquakes, the biggest being a magnitude 8.0
that happened on Sept. 10, 1899. Flenner had been panning for gold in the area that day. "Mr. Flenner stated in 1905 that after the first
shock on September 3 they rigged up a home-made seismograph, consisting of hunting knives hung so that their points touched and
would jingle under a slight oscillation," Tarr and Martin wrote. "With this instrument (rude, perhaps, but more delicate than their own
perception) they counted 52 shocks on September 10, up to the time of the heavy disturbance (the 8.0 earthquake) that caused so much
damage." Another miner, L.A. Cox, was also at the scene. "About 9 a.m. on the 10th we had a very severe shock (what USGS later
calculated as a magnitude 7.4 foreshock), so violent that one could hardly keep his feet," Cox said. "The low alder brush shook and bent
like reeds in a gale of wind. (Then, at) 1:30 p.m., we got the king bee of them all." The king bee was a massive earthquakes that CHANGED THE MAP!
Shattered
glaciers, lifted areas of shoreline 47 feet out of the water, and caused "the death of millions of individuals," Tarr and Martin wrote. Those
individuals were fish and crabs deposited on land, and barnacles, mussels and other rock-clinging organisms thrust high above the water
level.The prospector Cox further described the big earthquake:
"The ground (was) cutting some of the queerest capers imaginable. In addition to the circular motion of the preceding heavy shock, it was
waving up and down like the swells of the sea, only with considerably more energy."
On glacial sands that often liquefy during a large earthquake, the prospectors were lucky to survive the episode as natural forces ate
their camp and all their supplies.
"We ran from our tents, leaving everything behind, and were never able to rescue anything from it after," prospector J.P. Fults said.
"Above us about 100 yards was a lake.This lake broke from its bed and dashed down upon our camp while we ran along the shore and
escaped its fury. This deluge was almost immediately followed by one from the sea. A wall of water 20 feet high came in upon the flood
from the lake and carried all debris back over the undulating morianic hills.
"We protected ourselves from being carried away by tearing up clothes and tying ourselves to the small alder trees growing on the
mountainsides," Fults said.
The remarkable part of this story is that no one died despite the bad placement of the miners. Tarr and Martin attributed the earthquake
to the impressive tectonic activity researchers today know as the Yakutat Block crashing into southern Alaska, giving rise to the highest
coastal mountain range on Earth.
The following are figments of my imagination, i'm sure, combined with misinterpreted phenomenon explained very poorly with the entirely untrue story of a young Army Air Corps flight navigator from East Saint Louis who saw Television for the first time at the Chicago Worlds Fair and became the first licensed television technician ever in the state of Illinois. This was before the young man went on to become an explosives engineer that invented the very first successfully deployed crash bag using CO2 gas in the fifties. Now that was before designing the charge that blows the wings out on the cruise missile mid flight which was before designing the inertial upper stage of the space shuttle which was well before designing the pop-top charge that blows the clear the path for our nuke to get out of those silos even after an almost direct hit which was before retiring senior vice of a major defense contractor who was back and forth from Northrop to Boeing to Sandia to Pharump with top security clearance all over the country who very likely did many more things than a paragraph can describe here or I can know. I do remember, being often intrigued by his refusal to discuss further with me, his grandson, many seemingly harmless and some not so harmless subjects. To make a long story short I would like to ask you what it means when this man who would not lie and thought a quibble much worse than a lie... after sending me out across town from the hospice in the middle of the night to bring to his deathbed a Bible and the failed mission comments when I returned first with his wife my Grandmother's Catholic Bible this man who made me go back out and find HIS BIBLE... the I guess Non Catholic Bible, AND HOLDING THAT BIBLE... TOLD ME THAT NIKOLA TESLA MADE EARTHQUAKES IN 1899. THEN HE TOLD ME AGAIN THAT TESLA MADE EARTHQUAKES IN 1899, WHICH OPPOSES WHAT HE SAID WAS LAW THAT NOTHING CAN BE CREATED OR DESTROYED...ONLY CHANGED...YET EARTHQUAKES FROM EVEN A LIGHTNING BOLT WOULD BE GETTING OUT EXPONENTALY MORE THAN WHAT YOU PUT IN. SOME GOLD PANNING 49ER TYPES WERE PAID OFF AND THE ESKIMOS DIDN'T EVEN UNDERSTAND WHAT MONEY WAS LAUGHING AND THEY WERE THE ONLY ONES in the WHOLE WORLD WHO NOTICED IT HAD EVEN HAPPENED AND EVEN THEY DID NOT FATHOM. Then he died in that bed with that Bible. I did not tell anyone of this event and could have taken it to my grave had there not been so many damn earthquakes lately.
Now I hope that you see why from my shoes reverse engineering THE GREATEST STORY IN THE HISTORY OF THE WORLD from facts that I was blessed to already know as true sometimes can appear less than sane or scientific amid unfathomable disinformation tactics and epic lies placed as cornerstones in the structure of our very reality.
